Meet our Care Team!

Registered Nurse: The nursing staff will help you better understand your health by taking time to review risk factors related to your condition and talk about your medications, lab results and other test. They'll help you identify and find resources for needed services, such as eye exams or prescription aids. They're a great resource for discussing medical questions, while teaching you how to live a healthier lifestyle. You'll learn how to develop long and short term goals, and share in the decision-making process. They are concerned about you and your response to treatments and medications. Talk to them! Registered Dietitian: Our registered dietitians will develop a meal plan with you based on your individual needs and dietary concerns. They will educate you on the effects nutrition may have on your health and offer support as you make positive changes to your eating habits. They'll provide reliable, objective information in an easy and understandable way. 

Behavioral Health: Our wellness coaches empower you to look at new ways of thinking about your health and wellness. They focus not only on physical well being, but helping the whole person. The coaches offer support and guidance as you learn skills to reduce stress and increase your enjoyment of life. Personable and compassionate, our wellness coaches want to create positive changes in your health. They will help you find motivators to achieve small, stepping stone goals towards becoming a healthier you!
